One of the most beloved traditions of Homecoming, according to many students, is the powderpuff game. A football game in which sophomore and junior girls compete against each other with a performance from the man poms during the halftime show.

In the game, the seniors and the juniors faced off, but in the end, the seniors took home the trophy once again. The classes were tied at the end of the fourth quarter, but the game went into overtime and the seniors ended up winning.

“The powderpuff girls were great, but the man poms really brought the house down! They are honestly my favorite part of Homecoming week,” said sophomore Paige Rolle.

Many students, like Rolle, really enjoyed man poms. The comedic routine was enjoyable for everyone including the man poms as well.

“Man Poms was an amazing and fun experience,” Leo Espinosa, a man pom, said.
