December 3: Easy DIY Gifts for Everyone

Lip Scrub

During Christmas time it’s very busy and sometimes we forget to get a present for a family member or a friend or just run out of time. This sugar lip scrub will wash all of your anxiety and worries from gift giving away.

Sugar lip scrubs are not only easy to create, they’re actually good for your lips. Sugar is gentle while still getting rid of dead skin and moisturizing them.

When your mouth gets dry or chapped, the layer of skin on your lips starts to peel and flake, the scrub will smooth your lips and get rid of dead skin.

The scrub takes 2 minutes to make and requires things everyone already has in their cabinet.

Ingredients:

– ¼ cup granulated sugar or brown sugar

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 3-4 drops of vanilla extract

– 3-4 drops of food dye

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and put the scrub in a cute little glass or container for the person you’re giving it to.

To apply this scrub, take a clump of the mixture and rub it on your lips, let it sit there for a minute or 2 and rub or lick it off. This scrub is edible so don’t worry if you accidentally swallow some.

Relatives and friends of all ages will love this simple DIY Christmas gift.
