Clark said she is very excited to learn about the interesting architecture and to try the exotic food.
“[I am] looking forward to the pasta in Italy and all the Italian food in general,” she said.
Junior Beau Ott said he is also very excited about the trip.
“[I am excited to see] the La Sagrada Familia, Barcelona, the Monte Carlo Casino and the coastal town,” Ott said.
According to Jurcenko, there was a waiting list of 10 people, but the airline tickets have already been purchased, so no last-minute cancellations are expected.
Math teacher Kenneth Dentino, who will be a chaperone on the trip, said he is looking forward to providing students with this educational experience.
“I just think traveling in general is very powerful by going to new places,” Dentino said.
