Illness is a constant threat as the weather gets colder. Help can be found through many home remedies.
Hot tea with honey is a classic way to soothe a sore throat. Coke-a-Cola can also make a sore throat feel better. Frequent hand washing may not be enough to prevent many illnesses. Changing the bathroom towel used for drying hands is a simple trick to combating germs. Wipe down computer keys with computer cleaner.
Change bed sheets often; bacteria loves to grow on pillows and dirty sheets. Prevent illness by getting lots of sleep and eating healthy. Try to avoid people who are sick, avoidance is the best form of prevention.
Many illnesses can be spread by breath alone. No one is immune to illness, but by making healthy choices, many diseases can be avoided.
