Cinnapear Smoothie
For a calming and fresh tasting smoothie with amazing ingredient combinations, try the Cinnapear smoothie.
Ingredients:
2 pears, cored and cut in chunks
1 banana
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Mix pears, banana, milk, yogurt, cinnamon and nutmeg together into a blender
2. Cover and blend on high power until smooth.
3. Makes two servings, pour into two glasses and serve.
Chocopeanutbanana Smoothie
For a drink that satisfies almost any sweet tooth, check out the Chocopeanutbanana Smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 cup skim milk (or any milk you prefer)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
2. Makes one serving, pour into one glass and drizzle extra chocolate sauce over the top as a garnish if preferred.
