With a new year comes a new start

A New Year is often a time for change, people tend to want to find ways to better themselves or better their lives. This popular tradition is called a New years resolution; it is believed to have either derived from the ancient greeks or from americans after the first great depression as a symbol of hope, believing that in the upcoming year things were bound to change. A resolution can be anything as basic as keeping your room clean to something as hard as stop smoking. While there are 45% of Americans who make this resolutions annually, only about 8% of people successfully complete their resolution.
