About the Krier

The Kaneland Krier is the student newsmagazine of Kaneland High School in Maple Park, Illinois. The Krier has served the Kaneland community as an independent, student-run publication since 1971; the Krier has maintained an online version since 2002. As a Tinker publication, students on the editorial board make all publication decisions and there is no administrative prior review. The views expressed here are the views of the Krier editorial board; they may not be representative of the views of Kaneland High School or District 302.
