Rustic Fox & Artisan Market

The Rustic Fox, a boutique marketplace located in North Aurora, recently had their monthly outdoor event that is held the first weekend of each month. August’s farmers and artisan market took place on Saturday, August 7, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. According to their Facebook page, customers were able to “stop in the store and shop over 150 indoor vendors offering furniture, decor, clothing, jewelry, handmade, vintage antiques…and 80 vendors outside.” 

For those who already love the multi-vendor marketplace concept, this month’s artisan event featured another exciting component where 80 additional vendors offered locally grown flowers, fresh fruits and vegetables, meats and cheeses and many other gourmet items right outside the store. 

Not only is The Rustic Fox loved by so many in the heart of North Aurora, but many residents from surrounding communities are very well acquainted with the store as well. People from nearby towns like Sugar Grove, Elburn, Batavia and Geneva also come out to explore The Rustic Fox.

”My daughter and I frequently shop at The Rustic Fox because of the charm. We love to shop locally, and there’s something for everyone. The shop is consistently changing out their products so you’ll always find new things,” Sugar Grove resident Elizabeth Young said. 

Google is also flooded with positive five-star reviews for The Rustic Fox. According to one reviewer, “There’s a variety of beautiful pieces for your home and lots of gift ideas.” Another reviewer described “a very cool collection of vendors and products.” The store is loved by many who are anxiously awaiting next month’s event on September 4.
