Jessica McHenry is one of the new faces here at Kaneland High School, back after graduating four years ago. McHenry works as security monitor and is here to keep the school safe.

McHenry graduated from Northern Illinois University in May, and said she wanted to come to Kaneland because they reached out to her.

“I love my job as a security officer,” Ms. McHenry said  “but my dream job is to be an author.”

She says she also works as a personal support worker for a special needs child and she takes her to her treatments.

In her spare time she says she likes to play video games, read, hangout with friends, and she likes dogs.
