A. My favorite thing about cheer is when we’re all just bonding and being goofballs with each other, but I also love when we succeed in a stunt and push ourselves to our limits.

A. This year, I simply want to have fun. The girls are a great group and we work together really well.

A. I play all positions, but mostly outside hitter.

A. I want to play as a team no matter what happens and never forget why we play volleyball. I want to grow as a passer(that is my biggest struggle). I want to get to know each of my teammates better. It is a goal of mine for the girls to know I’m not just a teammate on the court, but in life too.

A. Volleyball is the time where I forget everything else going on in my life. When I play it’s pure fun and the adrenaline is unexplainable. Without volleyball I would be a completely different person. God has blessed me with the opportunity to play.

A. My goal for this season is to just be a good role model and to do my best. When I first started playing I never thought I’d make it to where I am now, and I hope the younger girls can look up to that and know that they too can accomplish anything when they put their mind to it, because I started off just like them.

A. It’s hard to choose what my favorite thing about tennis is because I absolutely love the team and all the girls involved in it. I’ve met some of my closest friends through this sport and it definitely keeps me busy. I think tennis is going to be the thing I miss most once I graduate.

A. I hope that we can proudly represent the Kaneland School District as we tour Barcelona, Spain next year.

A. I love Madrigals, because it is such a unique opportunity for students. Not every school has a program and we are lucky to have a great one. The class strives to make beautiful music and it is truly a family environment.
