National Association for College Admission Counseling comes to Chicago

On Saturday, October 1 from 11 am to 3 pm the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) will host a college fair at McCormick Place in downtown Chicago. According to the NACAC website over 800 colleges, such as Arizona State University, Benedictine University, Clemson University, DePaul University, Florida State University, and Penn State University will be attending.

In order to get in you have to register, you can register before at http://www.nacacnet.org/college-fairs/fallncf/pages/chicago.aspx. You can also register at the event, but it may take a long time which would shorten your time learning about the colleges.

Closer to home, Waubonsee Community College will be hosting a smaller college fair at the Sugar Grove campus on Monday, October 3 from 6 to 8 pm. According to Waubonsee’s website over 100 schools from Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Tennessee and Wisconsin will be in attendance.
