Thousands of people will be centering around the colossal contest.

It’s that time of year again; Super Bowl Sunday is right around the corner where more than 110 million people will be glued to their televisions. This Super Bowl will feature the two best teams (record wise) in the AFC and NFC conference.

Peyton Manning’s Denver Broncos will face off against Russel Wilson’s, or according to Mr. Sherman’s postgame interview, Sherman’s Seattle Seahawks. This game will be the first Super Bowl played outside in nearly three decades at Metlife Stadium. This game will be premiered on FOX at 6:30 p.m., January 2.

Weather will be a factor with lows projected to reach about 26 degrees with a 20 percent chance of snow. Many believe this could have an impact on the Broncos passing game, which could benifit the Seahawks.

Performing during the Super Bowl halftime show will be Bruno Mars with an appearance of the Red Chili Peppers.

This Super Bowl will feature prices of only $16, 942 for a suite per person and with tickets available as low as $800. Also, to put an ad in for the Super Bowl will cost about four million every 30 seconds.

Security will have a main role in the Super Bowl, as it already is in play.

According to an NBC and a CNN press release, more than 3,000 security guards, 700 cops, over one hundred watch/bomb sniffing dogs and thousands of high tech gadgets will be defending Metlife stadium. Also, police and secuirty will cover an aproximate 2.5 mile radius of Metlife Stadium.

According to Ed Hartnell, who was in charge of the New York Police Department Intelligence Unit, the safety for this event will be the toughest and most expensive yet.

Police will always be putting a lot of attention towards all types of transportation.

There will be security on every train going to or from the Super Bowl. On every train, there will be bag screening along with random searches and K9 teams.

All cars entering or leaving the stadium will and have been scanned. Along with that, every exit will have secuirty guards with equipment to search for radiation and other types of weapons.

The man in charge will be Lt. Col. Edward Cetnar of the New Jersey State Police Department.

This year, Cetnar has hired people to deal with computer hackings in order to prevent anything from happening, such as last years blackout.

Many people believed (nfl network analysts and Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs) that the blackout benefited the 49’ers by allowing them back into the game. However, the Ravens were holding the Lombardi Trophy in the end.

Like all Super Bowls, the game will have a winner and loser. The winner will get the grand prize of the Lombardi Trophy. The losing team however does receive something: free airfare home.
