Nemec Brothers Pizzeria is a relatively new restaurant in downtown Geneva that opened in late 2023. I discovered this restaurant through my TikTok ‘“For You’” page. It quickly became a pizza spot that I really enjoyed. I would recommend giving Nemec Brothers a try for the great experience and even better food.
When I walked into the restaurant, the smell of fresh pizza filled the air. The staff greeted us right away, and they were very welcoming. We got to pick where we sat. As soon as we were seated, they greeted us once again with the menu and a water pitcher. They explained how you could purchase singular slices or buy the whole pizza. It took us a while to decide what we wanted, but the waiter came back frequently to see what was needed or if we were ready to order yet. Our food was prepared as soon as we ordered it, and the wait was reasonable and the service efficient.
As soon as the food came out, I was amazed at its delicious appearance and the generous portion size. The food was fresh and warm and consistent from slice to slice. I tried the white pizza and vodka pizza, and I was impressed. I had never tried vodka pizza, but I love vodka pasta. It was refreshing to see something unique that I love. They also had other menu items such as appetizers, salads and desserts. This restaurant served unique slices of pizza, unlike anything else in the area. They have New York style pizza and other unique options that many other restaurants don’t have.
The decor was nice, with lighting that was fitting to the atmosphere and the environment. They had plenty of table options depending on the size of each party. The restaurant is not suitable for big groups, though, because seating is limited. For a couple of people, it’s perfect. While the restaurant was a little small, it wasn’t uncomfortable. Nemec Brothers had an open concept layout with a clear view of the kitchen, and I enjoyed seeing the chef make the pizza.
The restaurant was clean, and the tables were well kept and organized. There was a group of people dining to the right of us. After they left, the server immediately cleaned the table. The entire restaurant was clean.
Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this restaurant to any pizza lovers. The service, food and quality of this restaurant was amazing.
