Crumbl Cookie became a well-known phenomenon in 2020 due to their increasing social media influence. Every week, new cookies are released that bring excitement as people wonder what different flavors will be next.
From March 30-April 4, they released their Easter menu for the week. This included Carrot Cake, Easter Pink Sugar Cookie, Strawberries ‘n’ Cream, Dubai Nest Dirt Cake Cup and the Spring M&M Cookie.
One of the most popular cookies from this selection was the Dubai Nest Dirt Cake Cup. From the more recent popularity of Dubai Chocolate, Crumbl has made many Dubai-based dessert options.
The Dubai Nest Dirt Cake Cup comes in an average sized cup with an appetizing appearance that appeals to Easter. Dubai pistachio was on the top in a bird nest formation with chocolate eggs in the center.
Crumbl Cookies are normally $4.99, but it was an extra $1.99 because it was a specialty cookie, making the total $6.98. The high price of this dessert compared to the portion size was not cost effective.
When I ordered this cup inside the store, it was ready at the counter within a minute because they pulled it right out of the refrigerator. The worker who placed it on the counter yelled out my order name and asked me questions based on the appearance of the dessert. Then he thanked me for my order and wished me a good rest of the day.
The welcoming and attentive service made the visit more pleasant because you got exactly what you ordered with great customer service.
The store was clean and smelled wonderful because there are always fresh cookies being baked. While you wait for your order, you can watch the cookie-making process from the other employees. Overall, ordering inside the store was satisfactory and very quick.
The Dubai cup had a sweet chocolatey taste that those who are fond of chocolate would enjoy. I love chocolate and Dubai treats, so I knew I would like it. There were a couple gummy worms scattered throughout the layered chocolate pudding, chocolate cookie crumble and the Dubai pistachio topping. The pudding was cold and had a thicker consistency to it than most puddings have. It reminded me of a dirt worm pudding cup because of the similar foods that both contain.
The first bite contained an overwhelming amount of pistachio because it wasn’t distributed evenly throughout the cup. So in order to get the most appetizing bite, you had to mix the different ingredients. This made the dessert look less appealing but taste better because you could get a bite of everything.
The high price for Crumbl’s cookies makes it debatable whether they are worth it or not. One thing guaranteed is a warm, soft, gooey, fresh cookie that satisfies the home-made cookie craving. Overall, I got the delicious Dubai Nest Dirt Cake Cup very quickly and had amazing service. I would recommend the treat to anyone who loves chocolate and pudding.
