On Thursday, Nov. 6, and Friday, Nov. 7, the Kaneland Madrigals, an advanced audition choir, traveled to Stronghold Camp in Oregon, IL, for a group retreat. The retreat consisted of rigorous rehearsals for the upcoming Madrigal performances, team-building activities, senior pranks, notes exchanged between members and exploration of the camp’s hidden castle passageways. The group will host their annual winter dinner concert at Kaneland High School from Dec. 22-24.
